RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication.
What are RSS Feeds and what are they used for?
It is a Web feed which allows RSS Feed subscribes to receive frequent updates as soon as they are published without the need to visit the website.
What is the difference between RSS and a mailing list ?
The only difference is the privacy RSS provides since when subscribing no information, e-mail address for example is being sent to PEX’s servers.

RSS service is a free service on PEX's Website, all you need to have is an RSS Aggregator to subscribe through.
